Role Description We are seeking a Customer Support Representative (Business Setup) for a full-time on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves assisting clients during their business setup processes, addressing inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will provide support through effective communication, troubleshooting, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service to effectively address client needs and provide a positive experience.Excellent Communication skills to clearly and professionally interact with clients and internal teams.Experience in Customer Satisfaction and the ability to identify and resolve client concerns promptly.Proficiency in Troubleshooting to diagnose and address customer issues efficiently and accurately.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using customer service tools and software is an advantage.Fluency in both English and Arabic is preferred.Previous experience in customer service within the BPO industry is a plus.
