This role requires a hands-on leader with strong attention to detail, a service-first mindset, and a deep understanding of premium hospitality.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & ServiceEnsure flawless, personalized guest service at all times.Act as the face of the restaurant during service hours.Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.Maintain ambiance, cleanliness, and service standards.Operations & AdministrationOversee daily restaurant operations, opening and closing procedures.Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Monitor inventory and coordinate with purchasing to ensure supply consistency.Collaborate with the kitchen to manage food quality, menu specials, and service flow.Team ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise front-of-house staff (hosts, waiters, runners, bar).Schedule shifts, manage attendance, and evaluate team performance.Lead pre-service briefings and ongoing staff development.Foster a motivated, professional, and guest-oriented team culture.Financial PerformanceMonitor daily revenue and cost reports.Meet or exceed targets for revenue, guest satisfaction, and staff performance.Control operating costs, wastage, and labor budgets.Process daily cash-up and reporting procedures.✅ Requirements3–5 years experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a luxury or fine-dining environment.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluent in English and Arabic.Excellent knowledge of POS systems, restaurant software, and MS Office.Deep understanding of premium guest service and attention to detail.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.High personal standards for presentation, behavior, and service culture.⭐ What We OfferCompetitive salary Training and development within a growing hospitality groupOpportunity to work with a respected and growing premium brand
