We are expanding our team at our Heliopolis (Korba) office and looking for a passionate, highly experienced Senior Travel Consultant to deliver world-class travel solutions to our clients.🎯 Key Responsibilities:Bespoke Travel Planning: Design, customize, and execute complex international and domestic travel itineraries (leisure, corporate, or luxury).Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring top-tier service.Supplier Negotiation: Deal directly with airlines, hotels, and local tour operators to secure the best rates and exclusive amenities.Problem Solving: Act as a trusted advisor, handling complex booking changes, cancellations, or emergencies efficiently.Mentorship: Guide and support junior consultants within the team to elevate overall performance.💼 Requirements & Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Travel Consultant in the Egyptian market (Senior level is a must).Location Advantage: Preference is given to candidates residing in or near Heliopolis/Cairo areas for an easier daily commute.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of global travel trends, visa requirements for Egyptians, and luxury destinations.Tech-Savvy: Mastery of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) and modern travel booking platforms.Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
