Role DescriptionGebhaly is seeking a dedicated full-time Customer Support Representative to join our team on-site in Heliopolis. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include providing support throughout the purchase and delivery processes, maintaining clear and professional communication, and contributing to improving the overall customer experience.
