Role Description We are seeking a full-time Customer Support Specialist for an on-site role based in Smart Village. In this position, you will handle customer inquiries via various communication channels, provide solutions to resolve issues effectively and promptly, document interactions accurately, and ensure a positive customer experience. You will also collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases. Qualifications Strong customer service and problem-solving skills to handle customer inquiries effectively.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer skills for managing and documenting customer interactions.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate time-management and organizational abilities.Experience in customer-facing roles or support services is a plus.Prior experience in the technology or service industry is advantageous.High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus.
