Provide daily support to partner schools and respond to platform inquiries.Assist in coordinating and supporting online assessments.Handle emails, support tickets, and social media messages.Escalate complex issues when needed.Support translation and seasonal content/design tasks.Maintain accurate records of client communications. 1–3 years experience in customer support or client-facing roles.Strong Arabic and English communication skills.Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.Basic knowledge of online platforms; CRM experience is a plus.Familiarity with Adobe InDesign is an advantage.
