Develop and execute outreach and growth strategies to expand access to Sprix EdTech's educational programs across institutional, governmental, and individual channels.Lead, coach, and manage the business development team to achieve impact targets and KPIs.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate partners, government entities, and individual learners.Identify new partnership opportunities and market expansion initiatives within the EdTech and education space.Oversee the full partnership cycle from initial outreach to signed agreements and program enrollment.Prepare growth forecasts, outreach reports, and performance analysis for management.Collaborate closely with the marketing and operations teams to align on organizational goals and program delivery. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or partnerships, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Prior experience in EdTech, education, or a mission-driven industry is MUST .Strong experience managing institutional, governmental, and individual outreach channels.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build trust-based, long-term partnerships and drive program adoption.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and strong analytical capabilities.
