Role Description The CVM District Manager will oversee and lead a team of medical representatives in the Giza area, ensuring effective implementation of sales strategies to meet business objectives. The role involves setting sales targets, coaching and motivating team members, analyzing market trends, and developing initiatives to optimize market share and sales volume. Responsibilities also include maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, monitoring competitor activities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and ethical standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Cairo. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide, mentor, and evaluate team performance.Extensive experience in sales management and developing successful sales strategies to achieve targets.Proficiency in market analysis, competitor monitoring, and data interpretation to identify growth opportunities.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills, particularly with healthcare professionals.Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas is essential; experience in the CVM field is a plus.Proactive problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented and adaptable mindset.Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicine, or a related field. MBA or relevant postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.Fluency in both written and spoken English; working knowledge of Arabic is highly valued.Flexibility to travel within the Giza region as needed.
