Monitor low-performance indicators and highlight risks, trends, and opportunities. Analyze hotel performance, arrivals, market share, and last-minute sales. Support forecasting and management decision-making through accurate data modeling and visualization. System Support & OperationsHandle TKO system support, inquiries, and issue resolution for all departments. Support colleagues with system-related problems and process clarifications. Follow up on provider, reservation, pricing, and data-entry issues that affect reporting accuracy. Performance MonitoringTrack daily sales performance and hotel results. Identify discrepancies, incorrect data entries, or unusual trends. Escalate critical issues to the Controlling Manager or Supervisor when required. Coordination & CommunicationCommunicate with Management, Revenue, Contracting, Commercial, Yielding, and other departments. Respond to inquiries via email, phone calls, meetings, and internal systems. Support cross-department collaboration by providing reliable data and insights.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology, Data Science or similar field. Experience0-2 years of experience controlling, reporting, data analysis, or a related role LanguagesStrong English communication skills (B2–C1 recommended). Basic additional languages are a plus. Technical SkillsProficiency in: Advanced Microsoft Excel (including formulas, dashboards, and VBA is an advantage) Power BI / BI tools (recommended).
