An expansion based on satisfied clients, true partnerships with customers as well as hotel suppliers, and visionary IT solutions.Job DescriptionManage and optimize online sales channels to maximize revenue and booking conversion.Coordinate with Contracting and Yielding teams to ensure competitive online pricing and availability.Reduce transfer-only bookings by improving offer structure and online content.Monitor online performance and market positioning across platforms.Handle contract publication status, Blocked contracts, SSG mapping modules, Booking notifications status and lookup modules.Coordinate with Supplier Integration teams and hoteliers to resolve technical or system issues.Ensure accurate uploading and updating of contracted rates and terms into internal systems.Coordinate with sales, reservations, product, finance, and customer service teams to ensure proper implementation.Follow up on discrepancies, incorrect data, or delayed submissions to avoid operational issues.Monitor competitor pricing, hotel availability, and market trends to maintain rate competitiveness.Conduct yield management reviews and recommend corrective actions when needed.Supervise and support Senior E-Commerce team members.Distribute daily tasks and ensure priorities are completed efficiently.Review team performance daily and provide guidance and feedback.Communicate regularly with hotel sales teams, e-commerce partners, and internal departments.Ensure strong collaboration between E-Commerce, Contracting, and Pricing teams.Escalate critical issues that may impact revenue or online visibility.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Tourism & Hospitality, Business Administration, Commerce, or similar field.4–5 years of experience in hotel contracting tourism, hospitality, or travel industry operations.Strong English communication skills (B2–C1 recommended).Basic additional languages are a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI / BI tools and E-Commerce PlatformsExcellent negotiation skillsStrong communication & relationship-buildingLeadership and team management skillsAttention to detail, Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilityTime management & task prioritizationProblem-solving and decision-making
