Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled Data Quality Engineer to join our team and support enterprise-wide data quality initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring data quality frameworks, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, completeness, and governance across multiple systems and platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement data quality rules, validation frameworks, and monitoring processes.Analyze data issues, identify root causes, and drive corrective actions.Develop data profiling, cleansing, and standardization solutions.Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, and technical teams to improve data quality practices.Support data governance initiatives and data quality KPIs.Create and maintain data quality dashboards and reports.Ensure compliance with enterprise data standards and governance policies.Participate in metadata management and data catalog activities.Support master data management and enterprise data initiatives.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.2–4 years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or Data Engineering.Strong understanding of data quality dimensions and data governance concepts.Experience with SQL, ETL tools, data profiling, and data validation techniques.Experience working with enterprise data management platforms.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Preferred CertificationsCandidates with the following certifications will be highly preferred:OvalEdge Certified (Data Engineer & Discovery Expert / Data Literacy & Data Privacy Professional)Informatica Cloud Data Governance & Catalog FoundationISO 8000 (Data Quality Expertise)
