And more than customers, we build advocates.About the role:As a Delivery Product Owner (Delivery Squads), you will take end-to-end ownership of client delivery backlogs, ensuring solutions are built on Dsquares' core loyalty platforms while managing complex integrations (fintech, ERP, POS, CRM, and external vendors).This role combines deep product knowledge, technical expertise, and commercial awareness. You will work closely with delivery squads, project managers, and client stakeholders to capture requirements, translate them into clear deliverables, and validate solutions end-to-end — from APIs to mobile SDKs to frontend portals to backend flows.Duties & Responsibilities:Product & Technical OwnershipDevelop strong expertise in Dsquares' core loyalty platforms, modules, and commercial modelsDrive reuse of existing product capabilities in delivery programs to ensure scalability and efficiencyCapture and translate client business needs into technical and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaValidate deliverables end-to-end, including APIs, SDKs, integrations, and backend processesBacklog & Delivery ManagementOwn and prioritize the delivery squad backlog, balancing client commitments with delivery capacityEnsure backlog items are well-defined, estimated, and technically feasibleCollaborate with Squad Leads, Engineers, and Project Managers to align on scope, risks, and timelinesIntegration & DocumentationManage technical requirements for integrations with third-party systems (fintech, ERP, POS, CRM, vendors)Produce high-quality documentation: API specs, Mobile SDK guides, functional specifications, and user manualsAct as a hands-on owner by testing and validating deliverables to ensure readiness before handoverStakeholder EngagementServe as the primary point of contact for technical and functional questions within delivery squadsCollaborate with UX, System Operations, Fraud, and Support teams to ensure sustainable handover and operationsEngage with client stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and continuous improvement needsContinuous ImprovementCapture lessons learned and feed insights back into the product roadmap and delivery playbooksMonitor product and integration performance post-delivery and recommend enhancementsSupport the Head of Delivery in refining delivery processes and KPIsRequirementsRequired Skills & Abilities:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both technical and business-facingStrong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and ability to manage complex integrationsProficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Spotify Squads)Ability to write and review technical documentation, API payloads, system flows and business analysis docsProactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-client environmentEducation & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in Technical Product Ownership, Solution Delivery, or Integration-heavy Product ManagementBackground in loyalty, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise platforms strongly preferredExperience delivering solutions involving APIs, SDKs, and third-party integrationsProduct management certifications (e.g., CSPO, SAFe PO) are a plus but not requiredBenefits Comprehensive Wellbeing: Enjoy peace of mind with our private medical insurance and life cover, plus extra days off for every year you're part of the team.
