The Dermatology Aesthetician will provide professional skin care services, including facial treatments, acne care, and non-invasive dermatology procedures, following medical guidelines and clinic protocols. Daily tasks include performing hair removal procedures, recommending appropriate skin care regimens, and assisting dermatologists with aesthetic treatments. The role also involves educating clients on aftercare, maintaining accurate treatment records, ensuring hygiene and safety standards, and supporting a welcoming clinic environment. The Dermatology Aesthetician will collaborate with the medical and reception teams, provide excellent customer service, and contribute to sales of recommended products and services.QualificationsStrong foundation in Skin Care and Cosmetology, including knowledge of dermatology-related aesthetic procedures.Practical experience in Hair Removal techniques, such as laser or other professional methods, with attention to safety and client comfort.Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to listen to client concerns, explain procedures clearly, and build trust.Sales skills to recommend appropriate treatments and skin care products ethically and effectively.Relevant diploma, certification, or training in dermatology aesthetics, cosmetology, or a related field.Ability to follow medical protocols, maintain treatment documentation, and adhere to infection control and hygiene standards.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical team.Previous experience in a dermatology clinic, medical spa, or aesthetic center is an advantage.
