The right person should have a strong eye for good design, know when a file needs edits, and be comfortable moving between creative work and production details.We are flexible on experience level, but this person needs to be comfortable building and editing designs in Adobe Illustrator and Canva. Experience with car wash, signage, print production, or e-commerce is a plus, but not required.What You’ll DoCreate and edit graphic designs for signs, social media, marketing materials, and online shop productsBuild design files in Adobe Illustrator and CanvaReview designs for quality, accuracy, readability, branding, and production readinessMake edits to existing templates and customer-requested designsUpload products, designs, descriptions, images, and pricing to an e-commerce platform such as Shopify or SnipcartHelp organize design templates and product listings for our shopCoordinate customer orders from online purchase through production and shippingRequest print/signage quotes from vendorsPrepare files for vendors and make sure specs are correctTrack order details, production status, shipping, and customer communicationHelp customers or clients with questions about designs, orders, and productsSupport our team with creative production and account management tasks as neededWhat We’re Looking ForStrong visual design skills and good creative judgmentExperience with Adobe IllustratorExperience with CanvaAbility to tell when a design looks good, feels off, or needs editsComfortable working with templates, brand guidelines, and design systemsDetail-oriented and organizedAble to manage multiple small projects and orders at onceComfortable communicating with vendors and customersWilling to learn e-commerce tools, print specs, and production workflowsAble to take feedback and make revisions quickly and accuratelyReliable, proactive, and good at following throughNice to HaveExperience with Shopify, Snipcart, or another e-commerce platformExperience preparing files for print or signage productionFamiliarity with signage, banners, decals, menus, rack cards, or printed marketing materialsBasic copywriting or product description writing skillsExperience working with clients or customer ordersKnowledge of car wash marketing or service-based businessesAbout the RoleThis is a flexible creative production role for someone who likes both design and organization. You do not need to be a senior designer, but you do need to have a good eye and be confident working inside design files.A great fit would be someone who can look at a sign, social post, or product template and say, “This works,” or “This needs a little more polish before it goes live.”
