Gardenia is looking for a skilled Design Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing design drawings, technical layouts, shop drawings, and coordinating with the sales and execution teams to ensure that project requirements are clearly translated into accurate technical designs.RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare design drawings, technical layouts, and shop drawings according to project requirements.Develop and modify drawings based on client needs, site conditions, and project updates.Coordinate with the sales, technical office, and execution teams to ensure design accuracy.Review project specifications and prepare suitable design solutions.Support the team with technical presentations, drawings, and design proposals when needed.Ensure all drawings are accurate, clear, and delivered on time.Follow up on design details during project execution and provide technical support when required.Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and project files.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.Experience from 2 to 5 years in design or technical office work.Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or other 3D design tools is a plus.Experience in landscape, aluminum, construction, finishing, or project-related design is preferred.Good understanding of technical drawings and project documentation.Strong attention to detail.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.BENEFITSCompetitive salary based on experience.Social insurance.Medical insurance.Professional and supportive work environment.
