The Developers' Relationship Admin plays a crucial role in supporting the Developers' Relationship team by managing communications, coordinating schedules, and maintaining documentation related to developer interactions. This position is essential for ensuring smooth operations and fostering positive relationships with real estate developers.Assist in managing communications between the company and real estate developersCoordinate schedules and logistics for meetings, presentations, and events with developersMaintain accurate records of interactions with developers, including contracts, agreements, and communication logsSupport the negotiation process by preparing and organizing necessary documentationPrepare reports and presentations for the Developers' Relationship team as neededAssist in tracking and monitoring commissions and payments from developersWork closely with the collection team to ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding paymentsHelp in resolving any administrative issues that arise with developers or within the teamCollaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and support for developer-related initiativesParticipate in training sessions to improve knowledge of company processes and developer relationshipsRequirementsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a real estate or customer service environmentStrong organizational skills with attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyProblem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challengesKnowledge of the real estate industry is a plus, but not mandatory
