The Developer Relationship Supervisor is responsible for managing relationship with all real estate developers, increase commissions and improve collection cycles with developers. This includes working with different departments across the company.Develop and maintain strong relationships with all real estate developers Be the primary point of contact for all communication and interaction with developers Conduct regular check-ins with developers to ensure satisfaction and identify areas forimprovement.Identify opportunities to increase commission revenue with existing and new developersNegotiate commission agreements with developers to ensure favorable terms for the brokerage Provide ongoing support and assistance to developers to ensure timely payments of commissionsWork closely with the collection team to improve collection cycles and processes with developersCollaborate with developers to resolve any outstanding payment issues or disputesDevelop and implement new strategies and processes to streamline the collection process andimprove cash flow.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns topromote new products and services.Support the marketing team in getting better marketing materials from developers to use inmarketing campaigns.Manage and resolve any conflicts that may arise with real estate developers Ensure that all conflicts are handled with professionalism and in accordance with company policiesand procedures.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field3-5 years of experience in any relatable fieldsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective relationships withdevelopers.Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to influence decision-making Problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approachAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyStrong organisational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office
