Department: Integration Factory, Digital & Technology Platform Services.Location: Cairo, Egypt.We are seeking a highly skilled Development Manager – Integrations to lead a team of integration engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and operating enterprise-grade integrations across applications and systems. The role combines strong people leadership with technical credibility and requires a strategic mindset to scale integration delivery while ensuring alignment with business and architectural objectives.This role is the operational engine of the integration engineering team. It owns everything from the moment a story is committed to a sprint until it is deployed and stable, bridging architecture intent with executable engineering work and protecting engineers from ambiguity.YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Lead, coach, and develop a team of integration engineers; set objectives, provide regular feedback, and support career growth• Drive adoption of Integration Factory standards, Ways of Working, and CI/CD practices• Participate in technical refinement with Solution Architects and engineers to ensure design feasibility and delivery clarity before work begins• Translate user stories into executable engineering tasks and ensure testing is rigorous before declaring readiness• Coordinate deployments with Operations/SRE; ensure production readiness, monitoring and logging expectations, and rollback planning are in place• Act as escalation point for complex delivery issues and production incidents; ensure thorough engineering response and root-cause action• Ensure proper documentation practices — design specs, test plans, and runbooks — are consistently produced and maintained• Ensure proper tagging and review of Epics, Features, and User Stories, including effort estimates and prioritization support• Drive continuous improvement of integration delivery practices, standards, and engineering ways of workingARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.• 8+ years of experience in software or integration development• 3+ years of experience managing or leading an engineering team• Strong knowledge of integration technologies: REST APIs, API Management, OData, SOAP, event-driven integrations, JMS, IDocs, and RFC• Hands-on experience with at least one integration platform (e.g. SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI, MuleSoft, Kafka)• Proficiency in scripting languages used in integration development (e.g. JavaScript, Groovy)• Experience with agile frameworks such as SAFe or Scrum• Experience with work management tooling such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or ServiceNow• Strong communication skills; able to convey complex technical topics to varied audiences• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.• Excellent spoken and written English• Communication, organizational and analytical skillsABOUT YOUR NEW TEAM:We are Coca-Cola Hellenic, a growth-focused consumer goods business and strategic bottling partner of the Coca-Cola Company.
