Development Senior Manager

The Development Senior Manager at Hyde Park Developments will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of property development projects from inception to completion. This role requires a strategic leader with a robust understanding of the real estate market, development processes, and project management.Key Responsibilities:Lead the overall planning and execution of development projects, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and growth strategyConduct market research and feasibility studies to support site acquisition and development decisionsManage the project lifecycle, including concept development, design, approvals, financing, construction, and marketingCollaborate with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and local authorities to ensure compliance with all regulations and standardsOversee budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for multiple development projectsNegotiate contracts with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to secure favorable termsLead project teams and coordinate activities across various departments to ensure timely and efficient project deliveryPrepare and present regular project updates, risk assessments, and status reports to senior management and stakeholdersMonitor project performance, identify issues proactively, and implement solutions to mitigate risksFoster and maintain strong relationships with investors, stakeholders, and community partnersRequirementsBachelor's Degree in Architectural Engineering or a relevant field, Construction Management, Urban Planning, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred15+ years of experience in real estate development, with a focus on commercial and residential projectsStrong portfolio of completed projects demonstrating successful project management and executionIn-depth knowledge of development processes, including zoning, entitlements, financing, and constructionExceptional leadership, organizational, and negotiation skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder managementStrong analytical skills and proficiency in project management software and toolsProven track record of fostering partnerships with local authorities and community stakeholders
