Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, space exploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives are being conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software.Role OverviewWe are looking for a motivated DevOps Engineer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. This role is ideal for a candidate with 3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform engineering, and a strong interest in automation, deployment pipelines, and cloud operations.The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with AWS, Terraform, and other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, along with a good understanding of CI/CD practices, system reliability, and cloud infrastructure management.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure on AWSDevelop and manage infrastructure using Terraform and other IaC toolsAssist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and infrastructure automationCollaborate with software engineering teams to improve deployment processes, scalability, and operational efficiencyMonitor cloud environments and help ensure system reliability, security, and performanceAutomate repetitive operational tasks to improve efficiency and consistencySupport troubleshooting of infrastructure, deployment, and environment-related issuesParticipate in managing cloud resources, networking, permissions, and environment configurationsContribute to documentation for infrastructure, deployment processes, and operational proceduresFollow DevOps best practices for release management, automation, monitoring, and incident responseRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field3+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud engineering, system administration, or a related roleHands-on experience with AWSExperience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and managementFamiliarity with other IaC tools such as CloudFormation, Ansible, or similarUnderstanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, or similarExperience with Linux environments and shell scriptingFamiliarity with Git and version control best practicesBasic understanding of networking, cloud security, IAM, and system monitoringStrong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced team environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with container technologies such as DockerFamiliarity with container orchestration platforms such as KubernetesUnderstanding of monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK stackExposure to security best practices in cloud environmentsExperience working in Agile or cross-functional engineering teams We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
