Digital Innovation Senior Officer

Job Summary: Support the implementation of innovation initiatives and digital experiments, and provide the research and data required to develop new services that align with global and local trends, while promoting a culture of innovation.Job Responsibilities: Conduct market research and analyze global trends in financial technology (FinTech). Collect and analyze data and proposals to develop new banking services. Prepare presentations and awareness content to support a culture of innovation. Contribute to organizing internal workshops or partnerships with startups. Monitor performance indicators related to innovation projects. Implement the innovation strategy in coordination with the Retail Banking and Digital Transformation leadership teams. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in FinTech, artificial intelligence, and data analytics, and propose practical applications within the bank. Build partnerships with startups and technology accelerators to develop new banking solutions.Manage pilot projects. Propose new business models that increase digital engagement and revenues, such as subscription models and customized solutions for startups. Promote a culture of innovation internally through workshops, internal awards, and specialized training programs.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of experience in innovation, business development, or the banking sector.
