Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join a leading Emirates-based pharmaceutical company. This role is based out of our Zaid office in Egypt, where you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong pharmaceutical background, deep knowledge of digital marketing tools and trends, and the ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives across the GCC region.The role requires a mix of creativity and analytical thinking, with proven expertise in managing multi-channel campaigns, digital content, paid media, and performance tracking. Qualifications & Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.• 5 - 10 years of experience in marketing management, with a strong focus on digital marketing.• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.• Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.• Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.) and CRM systems.• Proficiency with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, GA4, Data Studio, etc.).• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
