ResponsibilitiesParticipate in setting and developing annual marketing plans to meet the annual objectives.Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified trafficSupervises the implementation of marketing programs which may affect brands image, maximize the profitability and sales figures in low seasons and analyses its impact on the business.Propose new and creative approaches to retain, upselling, and cross-selling to expandcustomer base.Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversionsEnsure & monitor the availability of all marketing materials needed to run all marketing programs, makes sure of its accuracy, reports to Marketing Manager with new needs and ratios of consumptionEnsures that programs designed and implemented matches the annual budget set for the programs and manages overhead costs attributed to the project implementation.Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution and regularly the stores to ensure proper implementation of the brand strategies.Qualifications and requirements:Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or similar.1-2 years of experience in marketing position.Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, digital marketing, and branding.Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheetsExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
