We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who combines creativity with analytical thinking and has strong hands-on experience in social media management, media buying, automation tools, and performance reporting.Job OverviewThe Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms while supporting content publishing, social media growth, paid advertising, and marketing automation. The ideal candidate should have experience working with B2B brands and/or e-commerce businesses and be comfortable using modern marketing tools on a daily basis.Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementManage and grow social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platformsCreate posting calendars and schedule content using social media management toolsCoordinate with designers, videographers, and content creators to ensure timely publishingMonitor engagement, messages, comments, and audience interactionMedia Buying & Performance MarketingLaunch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on:Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Google AdsLinkedIn AdsTikTok Ads (preferred)Monitor campaign KPIs including ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and conversion ratesConduct audience targeting, A/B testing, retargeting, and budget optimizationGenerate leads and improve campaign performance continuouslyReporting & AnalyticsPrepare weekly and monthly performance reportsAnalyze campaign data and provide actionable insightsTrack website and campaign performance using analytics toolsPresent marketing results clearly to internal teams and clientsMarketing Tools & AutomationUse marketing and automation tools daily to improve workflow and campaign performanceManage CRM integrations and automated customer journeysBuild email marketing flows and lead nurturing sequencesSupport automation for lead generation and customer engagementRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in digital marketing, media buying, or social media managementStrong experience with:Meta Business ManagerGoogle AdsGoogle AnalyticsSocial media scheduling toolsMarketing automation toolsExperience working with B2B brands and/or e-commerce businessesStrong understanding of content marketing and paid advertising strategiesExcellent reporting and analytical skillsStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
