This is not just a "social media" role; it is a strategic position for a data-driven storyteller who can bridge the gap between craveable B2C content and high-conversion B2B (HORECA) lead generation.As we scale our portfolio in Egypt, KSA, Kuwait, UAE, Lebanon and other markets, you will transition from an individual contributor to forming and leading your own digital team.Key Strategic ResponsibilitiesDual-Track Strategy: Architect and execute distinct digital roadmaps for our B2C Retail (brand love/velocity) and B2B HORECA (lead gen/authority) segments across MENA.Performance & P&L Ownership: Manage and optimize multi-market digital budgets. You are responsible for hitting aggressive KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, and CPL, across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and Google.The "Food-First" Creative Engine: Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-velocity, sensory content. You must ensure our brands "trend-jack" cultural moments in Riyadh while maintaining premium positioning in Dubai and Cairo.Full-Funnel Ecosystem: Beyond social, you will activate and automate our Direct-to-Customer channels, including WhatsApp Business, SMS, and Email Marketing, to drive repeat purchase and loyalty.Data Command Center: Own the analytics stack. You will move beyond "likes" to build monthly ROI dashboards that translate digital signals into business growth insights.Always On: Stay on top of food industry trends, competitor activities and emerging digital marketing technologiesBrand Guardianship & Localization: Ensure brand consistency while localizing tone, dialect, and visual cues to resonate specifically with the unique consumer behaviors of Egypt vs. the GCC.Future Leadership: Identify talent gaps and lead the recruitment of a specialized digital team as the portfolio scales. Qualifications & DNAExpertise: 5+ years of proven success in Digital or Performance Marketing within the F&B or FMCG sectors. Experience navigating the HORECA landscape is a significant advantage.The "Full-Stack" Marketer: You are equally comfortable in a spreadsheet (Pivot tables/Media buying) as you are in a creative brief (Copywriting/Visual aesthetics).Platform Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok For Business, and Snapchat Ads.Technical Literacy: Strong grasp of SEO, Web Analytics, and future CRM integration (Salesforce/Hubspot) for lead nurturing.Linguistic Agility: Native-level fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal). You must be able to craft compelling copy in both languages that captures local nuances.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Mindset: You are comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth, multi-cultural environment and thrive on measurable results.
