Key Responsibilities:1. Brand & Channel GrowthDrive the expansion of Ghezaa’s portfolio across HORECA, Modern Trade, and eCommerce.Partner with the HORECA team and Chefs to launch new products, from competitive benchmarking and menu ideation to full-funnel marketing campaigns.2. Sales & Trade ExecutionSupport the Sales Team in achieving "Perfect Store" standards: ensuring Must-Stock Lists (MSL) are followed, tracking product listings, and managing on-shelf availability.Execute high-impact promotions and secondary displays to capture consumer attention.3. Strategic Marketing SupportGo-To-Market (GTM): Implement brand-specific launch strategies tailored for the Egyptian market.Planning: Develop and deliver timely promotional calendars and marketing activities across various categories.Budgeting: Manage the local marketing budget and meticulously track the ROI of all activities.4. Relationship & Insight ManagementOwn relationships with local key accounts, marketing agencies, and brand collaborators.Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground: monitor consumer trends, competitor pricing, and new market entrants.Equip the Sales Team with the necessary tools, materials, and product training to win. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Marketing within the Egypt FMCG/F&B industry. Specific experience in the HORECA sector is a significant advantage.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Tech Savvy: High proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for data and PowerPoint/Canva for presentations).Communication: Excellent oral and written communications in Arabic & English.Soft Skills: Highly organized, proactive, and analytical with strong negotiation and presentation skills.Mobility: Must be flexible to travel frequently within Egypt (occasional MENA travel). Having a valid driver’s license is a major plus.
