Are you a young graduate with passion for work and growth in a bleeding-edge tech startup?Pleny is seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Specialist who is ready to be an "all-in" performer. Even though this is a remote role, we aren't looking for someone to just follow instructions—we want a self-starter who can take full ownership of the entire marketing cycle, from high-level strategy to daily execution.You will manage our end-to-end digital marketing efforts, with a heavy focus on performance, creative content, and growth experimentation.Key Responsibilities:Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Develop and manage full-funnel campaigns. You’ll be responsible for planning, monitoring, and optimizing budgets to hit our growth targets and maximize user installs for our Pleny app.Online and Offline Event Campaigns: Brainstorm, design and execute digital online and offline campaigns to attract and increase brand awareness.Analysis & Growth: Analyze our app installs, user behavior, user activity and engagement on the app and come up with growth-hacking ideas. You’ll conduct continuous competitor analysis and test new strategies to boost user engagement.Content & Partnerships: Write compelling, high-converting copy in both Arabic and English. You will also manage relationships with Food Influencers and collaborate with our Design/Product teams remotely to bring creative visions to life.Mandatory Qualifications & RequirementsWe are looking for a very specific profile. Please ensure you meet ALL the following criteria before applying:Experience: Ideally 1 to 1.5 years of practical experience. We also welcome recent graduates who can demonstrate strong, hands-on digital skills.The "Ownership" Mindset: You must be able to work independently in a remote setting, acting as both the strategist (the "brain") and the executor (the "hands").Language Excellent command of Arabic and English (Written & Spoken) is a must.Creative Eye: A basic understanding of design and the ability to create or oversee short-form video content production (Reels/TikTok style).Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Mindset: A genuine passion for food culture and a strong desire to learn, experiment, and try out new ideas.Communication: Since we work remotely, you must possess strong, clear, and proactive communication skills to keep the team aligned.
