Execute and manage content calendars across key social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), ensuring alignment with travel seasons, offers, and destinations.Create engaging and conversion-driven content tailored to outbound travel audiences, including captions, post concepts, reels, and stories.Manage daily social media activities, including publishing, community management, and audience engagement.Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) with a focus on lead generation and bookings.Coordinate with designers and content creators to ensure timely delivery of high-quality visuals aligned with campaign objectives.Manage and update website content (banners, landing pages, blogs, and travel packages), ensuring alignment with ongoing campaigns and brand guidelines.Optimize website content and landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates for travel bookings.Monitor website performance (traffic, user behavior, conversion rates) using tools such as Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.Maintain consistency in brand tone, identity, and messaging across all digital channels.Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (reach, engagement, leads, conversions, ROI).Conduct market research on travel trends, destinations, competitors, and customer behavior to support campaign development.Support the execution of digital campaigns, promotions and seasonal offers.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (hotels, airlines, DMCs) to ensure accurate and compelling content for outbound travel products.Assist in basic design adaptations in line with brand guidelines when needed.Stay updated with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices, especially within the travel and tourism industry.
