We are seeking a performance-driven Digital Media Specialist to support the development and execution of end-to-end media strategies across brands and the AGM portfolio. This role will focus on media planning, campaign execution, budget tracking, and performance optimization to maximize brand visibility and business impact.The ideal candidate will have strong digital media knowledge, analytical capabilities, and hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple digital channels. The role also requires close collaboration with media agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver effective, data-driven media solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the planning and execution of integrated digital media campaigns across brands and the AGM portfolio. Assist in managing media budgets, campaign timelines, and performance tracking to ensure effective delivery and ROI. Collaborate with media agencies to develop channel strategies, media plans, and content recommendations aligned with business objectives. Execute and optimize campaigns across digital platforms including social media, display, search, video, and programmatic channels. Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to generate insights and optimization recommendations. Support negotiations and coordination with media partners and agencies to maximize value and efficiency. Prepare regular performance reports, dashboards, and campaign summaries for stakeholders. Stay updated on digital media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices. Work closely with brand, marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across campaigns. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and according to brand standards. RequirementsBachelor's degree in marketing, Media, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in digital media, media planning, or performance marketing. Strong understanding of digital media platforms, campaign management, and analytics. Experience working with media agencies and managing multi-channel campaigns is preferred. Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, or similar platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in fast-paced environments. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and execution capabilities. Collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
