We are actively looking for a Digital Product & Experience Director to join our Ecommerce Digital & Technology team.Core Responsibilities:Define and lead the digital product vision, strategy, and roadmap across customer-facing digital platforms.Drive product prioritization, discovery, governance, and performance management aligned with business objectives.Lead end-to-end customer experience design across web, mobile, marketplace, and omnichannel journeys.Establish UX/UI standards, design systems, usability testing practices, and customer journey optimization initiatives.Translate business requirements into clear user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and delivery-ready requirements.Partner with Technology, Engineering, QA, Data, Cybersecurity, and PMO teams to ensure successful product delivery.Oversee digital content standards, UX writing, taxonomy, product information quality, and content governance.Drive product performance through analytics, experimentation, A/B testing, customer feedback, and data-driven decision making.Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.Lead, coach, and develop Product Managers, Designers, UX Writers, Content Specialists, and Business Analysts.Build strong collaboration across Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Customer Experience, Data, AI, and Technology functions.Essential Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Digital Commerce, or a related field.10+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, Customer Experience, E-commerce, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.Strong background in Retail, E-commerce, Marketplace, Omnichannel, Consumer Digital Platforms, Fintech, or similar high-traffic digital environments.Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap management, agile delivery, and product lifecycle management.Strong knowledge of UX research, UI design, design systems, usability testing, and customer journey mapping.Experience leading digital transformation initiatives and driving measurable business outcomes.Data-driven mindset with strong experience in analytics, experimentation, and KPI management.Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
