Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure accurate and timely issuance of Individual Family Takaful and Unit-Linked products.Manage policy renewals, endorsements, amendments, and policy maintenance activities.Maintain accurate policyholder records and documentation.Handle policy administration inquiries from policyholders, brokers, and agents.Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators.Support process improvement initiatives and implementation of SOPs.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal operational standards.Education & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Insurance, Finance or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in insurance, takaful, or policy administration operations.Hands-on experience in life insurance operations with practical knowledge of unit linked policy administration and related operational processes.
