The Direct Sales Agent will be responsible for engaging prospective and existing clients to promote MetLife Investment Management products and services, explaining features and benefits in clear and accurate terms. Daily activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting sales calls and meetings, preparing proposals, and following up to convert opportunities into new business. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, responding to inquiries, and delivering high-quality customer service to support client retention. The Direct Sales Agent will also collaborate with internal teams, provide feedback on market trends, and ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and company standards.Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting, long-term client relationships.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex information clearly and confidently.Customer service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and problem resolution.Foundational understanding of finance or investment products, with the ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly.Proven sales aptitude, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills in a target-driven environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setup, manage time independently, and use CRM and productivity tools proficiently.Prior experience in financial services or insurance sales is an advantage, as is knowledge of local market dynamics in Heliopolis and surrounding areas.
