Its culture emphasizes accessibility, accountability, and collaboration throughout the investment process.Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Insurance Agent role based in Heliopolis, with flexibility for partial work from home. The Insurance Agent will identify and engage prospective clients, present MetLife Investment Management’s insurance and investment-related solutions, and guide clients through the selection of products that meet their financial and protection needs. Daily activities include prospecting and networking, conducting needs analyses, preparing and delivering proposals, and managing the end-to-end sales process from quotation to policy issuance. The role involves providing ongoing customer service, handling client inquiries and policy reviews, and maintaining accurate records in line with regulatory and company standards. The Insurance Agent will collaborate with brokerage partners, internal finance and product teams, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant, effective, and client-centric solutions.Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in Insurance Sales and Insurance, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Experience in Insurance Brokerage and working with multiple carriers or product lines to design suitable client solutions.Solid understanding of Finance, including basic financial planning concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to clients.Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships, manage expectations, and resolve issues professionally.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Relevant insurance licensing or certifications (or eligibility to obtain them within a defined timeframe), in line with local regulations.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex products in a clear, accessible way.Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a performance-driven, hybrid environment with both in-office and remote responsibilities.Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software for managing pipelines, reporting, and client documentation.Prior experience in institutional or high-net-worth insurance or investment-related sales is an advantage.
