Role Description The Direct Sales Executive will play a key role in communicating with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored financial solutions to meet their goals. Responsibilities include conducting sales presentations, building lasting relationships with customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and optimizing sales processes. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for remote work. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and provide excellent post-sales support.Proven Sales expertise with the ability to identify prospects, close deals, and achieve targets.Basic understanding of Finance principles and Insurance products, with a focus on life, health, and wealth management solutions.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a hybrid work environment.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in the financial services or insurance industry is a plus.Proficient in using CRM tools and other sales technology is an advantage.
