The role ensures alignment with corporate vision, customer insights, and market dynamics to drive brand equity, customer engagement, and commercial growth. This includes strategic oversight of brand management, digital marketing, customer experience, CRM, loyalty programs, and omnichannel campaigns.ROLE PROFILELead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals and brand positioning.Translate corporate objectives into marketing initiatives that deliver measurable business results.Leverage advanced analytics and business intelligence tools to inform strategic planning.Work closely with external agencies and internal media teams to ensure optimal media mix and buying efficiency.Lead the development of all key brand communications, messaging frameworks, and tone of voice.Oversee the performance of all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and content.Develop and manage the marketing budget for the region, ensuring spend optimization and cost-efficiency.Build capability through structured development plans, upskilling initiatives, and performance management.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.Master’s Degree or MBA is preferred.10+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles.5+ years within a retail, FMCG, or consumer-focused environment.Regional or multi-country experience is an advantage.Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
