This is accomplished through AI-driven tutoring, mastery-based progression, and a fundamental redesign of traditional classroom models. The results speak for themselves. We now need a leader who can drive cohesive execution across varied school environments, elevate academic leadership standards, and serve as the authoritative public voice for a movement rooted in evidence-based learning science.This role is not theoretical. It is a leadership assignment with operational accountability. You will define and implement the academic strategy, establish rigorous standards, diagnose execution shortfalls, and guide high-performing teams toward measurable student outcomes. You will bridge our scientific foundations with day-to-day discipline and advocate for this model on a global stage.What You Will Be DoingDeveloping academic frameworks that convert learning science principles into actionable direction for curriculum design, motivational structures, and application development.Conducting academic execution reviews with Heads of Academics to ensure school teams remain aligned, accountable, and outcome-focused.Integrating data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation into comprehensive academic ecosystem assessments that identify critical obstacles to accelerated learning and recommend targeted solutions.Ensuring strategic coherence through structured planning, continuous feedback mechanisms, and milestone monitoring to sustain focus on student learning objectives.Serving as the principal external representative for 2 Hour Learning, delivering keynote addresses and engaging with Ministries of Education to influence global perspectives on education.What You Won’t Be DoingEngaging in narrow curriculum initiatives that lack broader systemic impact.Producing theoretical research disconnected from measurable student outcomes or operational execution.Shifting accountability for performance to mid-level managers or external consultants.Depending on institutional credibility or conceptual frameworks to convince critical audiences.Director Of Educational Strategy Key ResponsibilitiesExpand and strengthen 2 Hour Learning's validated academic model by driving consistent execution across all school sites, raising leadership benchmarks, and establishing yourself as the authoritative public advocate for a movement built on scientific rigor and demonstrated impact.Basic RequirementsAdvanced degree (Masters or Ph.D) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a related fieldAt least 7 years in academic or EdTech leadership roles, leading a team of staff/employees (not an informal peer leader role, such as grade-level lead); you must have been responsible for hiring, monitoring performance, coaching, and making termination decisionsExperience driving learning outcomes for students and upholding student performance standardsExperience applying AI or emerging technologies to improve education, such as through personalized learning, adaptive learning, AI agents, etc.Experience managing academic teams of 50+ people (e.g., the teams you managed directly executed curriculum, instruction, or assessment)Experience interacting directly with students, teachers, or school leaders in a professional settingAbout 2 Hour LearningEducation is broken, but 2 Hour Learning is proving it doesn’t have to be.
