Your ability to shape and implement best practices, foster innovation, and ensure operational efficiency will be crucial in driving the success of our sales organization.ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead and drive the Sales Excellence strategy and initiatives to achieve business objectivesDevelop and implement sales processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance sales performance and efficiencyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address sales process gaps and opportunitiesProvide leadership and guidance to the sales team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectivesMonitor and analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvementManage and optimize sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, and sales analyticsDevelop and implement a rigorous sales operating cadence and playbook on all the critical sales processes, including strategy deployment, performance management, recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching and technology enablers.QualificationsYOU MUST HAVE:Bachelor’s degree8+ years’ experience in Sales/Commercial, Sales Operations and/or Marketing LeadershipProven experience in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving sales excellenceStrong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and toolsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teamsWe ValueMBA or advanced degree preferred Experience in managing and optimizing sales operations Proven track record of driving sales excellence and achieving business objectives Strategic mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate teams Passion for continuous learning and professional development THE BUSINESS UNITHoneywell Building Automation (BA) is a leading global provider of products, software, solutions, and technologies that enable building owners and occupants to ensure their facilities are safe, energy efficient, sustainable, and productive.
