Role DescriptionThe Document Control Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Port Said, responsible for managing and organizing project documentation across architecture, engineering, and design disciplines. This role involves maintaining document registers, ensuring correct version control, and filing electronic and hard-copy records in accordance with internal standards and client requirements. The Specialist will review documents for accuracy and completeness, monitor approval workflows, and distribute updated drawings, reports, and specifications to relevant project teams. Daily tasks include coordinating with architects, engineers, and project managers to track document status, supporting quality assurance processes, and preparing documentation for audits and handover. The role also supports continuous improvement of document control procedures and tools to ensure efficient, compliant information management.DescriptionCompletes and maintains control records and related files to release blue prints, drawings, and engineering documents to manufacturing.Confers with documents originators or engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies.Maintains related files.May prepare requests for reproduction of documents.May prepare reports and memorandums.Posts change to computerized or manual, control records, release documents, and notifies affected departments.Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems.day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors;Qualifications· BA/BS degree any field related .· Experience from 3 to 5.· Proficient in MS Tools, Excel, PowerPoint & Word. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.· Able to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral diagram, or schedule form.
