Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Document Management:Log Management: Create and maintain updated logs for all incoming/outgoing correspondence, shop drawings, and RFIs.Version Control: Ensure obsolete drawings are withdrawn and only the latest "Issued for Construction" (IFC) revisions are distributed.Archiving: Maintain a systematic electronic and hard-copy filing system for quick retrieval of project documents.Coding System: Strictly follow the project’s document numbering and coding procedures.2. Coordination & Follow-up:Consultant Tracking: Monitor the status of submittals sent to the consultant to ensure timely responses within the project timeline.Distribution: Distribute approved documents to relevant parties (Subcontractors, Technical Office, and Site Engineers).Audit & Inventory: Conduct periodic audits to ensure site documents match the Master Document Register (MDR).3. Reporting & Quality Assurance:Status Reporting: Prepare weekly reports highlighting the status of approvals (Approved, Rejected, or Pending).Handover Support: Compile and organize "As-Built" drawings and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals for final project handover.4. Required Skills:Advanced Excel: Essential for managing complex document logs and trackers.English Proficiency: Ability to read and process technical engineering correspondence.High Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail to prevent errors in document versions. Education: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration or Commerce).Experience: 2–5 years of experience specifically in "Construction Sites."Excel: Advanced skills for managing logs and trackers.Language: Very good command of English (technical terms & correspondence).Location: Preferably a resident of Tagamoa or nearby areas.Systems: Proven experience with electronic filing and Document Management Systems (DMS).Personal Skills: Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in coding and numbering.
