Copy, scan, update and Organize all documents and logs as needed.Create and maintain QA filling system for all controlled documents.Track and control the flow of document in and out of the departments.Create and maintain documents templates.Insert, update and maintain the database on the system and logs according to the company and quality standards to ensure that inserted information is accurate and up to date.Distribute related documents copies to internal teams.Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and terms of critical documents and agreements.Prepare related business reports to projects as needed. Bachelor’s degree or any relevant degreeAt least 3 years of experience.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Team player with strong attention to detailsknow how to manage the priorities and meet the deadlines.Strong organizational skills.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, google sheets, outlook).
