Job BriefWe're seeking for a Domestic Procurement Specialist to execute end-to-end domestic procurement of goods and services (office supplies, lab equipment, uniforms, catering tools, and other non-scientific assets) under the direction of the Supply Chain Manager. Ensure cost-effective purchasing, timely deliveries, and compliance with company policies while supporting the Supply Chain Manager in local vendor management and strategic sourcing initiatives.Job DescriptionProcurement Execution Conduct market research to identify and pre-qualify domestic vendors for routine operational purchases. Process purchase requisitions and convert to official POs after Supply Chain Manager approval. Maintain procurement tracker with order status, delivery dates, and payment terms. At least 3 years of experience in domestic procurement or supply chain management. Very Good command of both written and spoken in English. Experience with purchase order systems. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills to address sourcing and logistics challenges.Nice to have Procurement certification.
