Teaches Drama and music classes to students according to the Ontario Ministry of Education curriculum expectations for the Arts.Produce, cast, block, and direct school plays, musicals, and performances, overseeing rehearsals.Creates and develops music and drama lesson plans according to the standards established by the Ontario Ministry of Education.Organizes, prepares, and guides students in performances such as school concerts and activities in collaboration with school administrators.plan creative, age-appropriate activities including role-play, improvisation, and performance.Support students in developing confidence, expression, and teamwork. Establishes effective music and drama educational programs for students.Assesses the potential and skills in each student and guides them to achieve their full potential.Evaluate student performances, provide constructive feedback, and assess progress through assignments and exams.Supports the creation of music and drama teams for the school.Investigates and recommends school participation in musical competitions as needed.Consistently maintains and supervises student behavior in compliance with the School Code of Conduct and behavioral expectations.
