This role is heavily focused on campaign optimization, creative testing strategy, account restructuring, and scaling profitable customer acquisition efforts.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing paid media for DTC ecommerce brands, understands the relationship between creative strategy and performance metrics, and can proactively improve KPIs such as CPM, ROAS, CAC, CTR, MER, and CVR.
