E-commerce & Marketplace Operations Specialist

Best Media Egypt is looking for a proactive, results-driven E-commerce & Marketplace Operations Specialist to manage and grow our online sales channels. The selected candidate will be responsible for operating our website and marketplace accounts across platforms such as Amazon, Noon, and Jumia, while also supporting customer engagement, lead follow-up, B2B opportunity creation, and export market research.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong operational discipline with commercial thinking, and who can turn listings, campaigns, and customer interactions into measurable sales growth.ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of our ecommerce website and marketplace accountsCreate, upload, optimize, and update product listings on Amazon, Noon, Jumia, and other future channelsMonitor product content quality, pricing, stock visibility, and listing performance across all platformsPlan and execute promotions, bundles, offers, and seasonal campaignsDesign campaign calendars and coordinate launches across website and marketplacesTrack performance using sales reports, traffic, conversion, ROAS, campaign results, and marketplace KPIsPrepare regular reports with clear recommendations for growth and improvementRespond to customer inquiries, messages, and order-related issues in a professional and timely mannerFollow up on leads generated from website, social media, WhatsApp, marketplaces, and B2B channelsQualificationsProven experience in ecommerce, marketplace operations, or online salesHands-on experience with one or more of the following: Amazon, Noon, JumiaGood understanding of product listing optimization, promotions, campaign execution, and reportingExperience in customer communication and lead follow-upStrong Excel / Google Sheets skillsGood English communication skillsExperience in B2B sales support, online growth, or export research is a strong advantageExperience with ecommerce tools, dashboards, seller centers, and digital reporting is preferredWhat success looks like in this roleListings are live, accurate, optimized, and consistently updatedPromotions and campaigns are executed on time and measured correctlyCustomer response is fast and professionalLeads are followed up properlySales performance improves across website and marketplacesNew B2B and export opportunities are actively identified and developedTo applyPlease read carefully and send your CV with the subject line:E-commerce & Marketplace Operations Specialist – Best Media EgyptIf available, please also share:platforms you managed beforeexamples of campaigns you handledmeasurable results you achievedany experience with B2B or export business development
