Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Operation Specialist located in Giza. The specialist will oversee and manage daily e-commerce operations, including order management, inventory tracking, and performance monitoring. Responsibilities include coordinating with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to enhance operational workflows and maximize online sales. Collaboration with other stakeholders to ensure optimal customer experiences and alignment with company goals is a key part of the role. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Commerce and E-commerce processes.Excellent Analytical Skills for performance evaluation and problem-solving.Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.Proven experience in Customer Service and the ability to manage customer queries efficiently.Sales expertise with an understanding of upselling and cross-selling techniques.Proficiency in digital tools and e-commerce platforms is a plus.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Experience in the cosmeceutical or pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
