Systems & SOP DevelopmentBuild, document, and maintain SOPs for every role and process inside NotionEnsure every team member has a clear playbook and job scorecardAudit current workflows and identify bottlenecksCreate systems that remove reliance on tribal knowledgeMaintain operational dashboards and KPI trackersUse AI tools to automate and optimize repetitive processes2. People Management & AccountabilityServe as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the teamRun weekly team standups and structured 1:1 meetingsTrack KPIs using role-based scorecardsConduct monthly and quarterly performance reviewsLead underperformance conversations and manage PIPs when neededProcess contractor and team payments accurately and on timeFoster a culture of accountability and ownership3. Hiring & OnboardingManage the hiring pipeline when new roles open (job posting, screening, assessments, scheduling)Oversee recruiter (if/when added to the team)Maintain updated job descriptions and role scorecardsBuild structured onboarding plans for every new hireEnsure new team members can ramp quickly using documented systems4. Supply Chain & FulfillmentOwn inventory tracking and demand forecastingProactively manage reorder cyclesCoordinate freight logistics and shipment timelinesManage 3PL relationships and monitor SLAsPrevent stockouts and overstock through forecasting accuracyContinuously optimize supply chain costs and efficiency5.
