The role focuses on driving sales, optimizing digital shelf presence, and executing online commercial strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.What extra ingredients you will bring:Account Management Own and develop relationships with key e-commerce partnersNegotiate annual agreements, trading terms, and promotional plansEnsure alignment on joint business plans (JBP)Sales & Revenue GrowthDeliver sales targets (revenue, volume, market share)Identify growth opportunities (assortment expansion, pricing, bundles)Manage P&L for each accountData & AnalyticsAnalyze sales data, traffic, conversion, and shopper behaviorUse platform dashboards and tools (e.g., Amazon Vendor/Seller Central)Translate insights into actionable growth plansCross-Functional CoordinationWork with marketing, supply chain, finance, and category teamsEnsure product availability and smooth order fulfillmentAlign on launches, pricing, and media strategyEducation / Certifications:Bachelor's in Business/ Marketing. Job specific requirements:3–7 years in sales, preferably in FMCG’s or retail. Experience managing e-commerce accounts is a strong plus. Strong commercial & negotiation skills.
