You will be responsible for driving revenue growth across our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) website and third-party marketplaces, ensuring we hit our monthly sales targets through strategic pricing, promotions, and conversion optimization.Experience and FocusExperience: 3 Years (eCommerce/Digital Sales in FMCG, Personal Care background preferred)Focus: eCommerce Revenue, Marketplace Growth & Conversion StrategyJob ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy: Develop and execute the monthly commercial calendar (promotions, bundles, flash sales) to meet online revenue targets.Marketplace Management: Manage listings and sales performance on new and existing third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, etc.), ensuring price parity and stock availability.Conversion Optimization (CRO): Analyze the customer journey on the website to reduce cart abandonment and increase Average Order Value (AOV).Inventory Planning: Forecast online demand to ensure sufficient stock levels for high-traffic periods (e.g., White Friday, Payday sales).Performance Analysis: Monitor KPIs (Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Value, Conversion Rate, Basket Size) and report weekly performance to stakeholders.Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Manager and Community Manager on ad creatives and the Web Developer on-site functionality to ensure traffic converts into sales.Requirements and Skills• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing.• Proven experience managing an eCommerce store (Shopify preferred) or marketplace accounts in the Beauty/Fashion/FMCG sector.• Experience in managing Amazon and Noon stores• Good spoken and written English and Arabic.• Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics, Excel, Dashboarding).• Experience with pricing strategies and commercial planning.• Understanding of the relationship between Paid Media (Ads) and On-site Conversion
