Supply Chain Specialist, Cosmetics

Role Description You will be stepping into a pivotal role at a rapidly expanding brand, working directly with the core team and management to scale our operations. If you love the behind-the-scenes mechanics of bringing a physical product from a formula to the customer's hands, we want to hear from you.● Manufacturer Management: Act as the primary point of contact for our third-party manufacturing facilities. You will plan production orders, coordinate shipping, communicate production orders, track production orders, and ensure strict adherence to our quality and timeline expectations.● Supplier Communications: Source and manage relationships with raw material and packaging suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with our quality standards, and evaluating suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.● Inventory & Batch Tracking: Oversee inventory levels using Zoho Inventory. You will manage batch tracking, maintain accurate par levels, and ensure proper FIFO protocols are followed.● E-Commerce Syncing: Coordinate closely with our online and offline sales operations, ensuring that physical inventory aligns seamlessly with our storefront and vendors to prevent stockouts of top-selling products.● Process Optimization: Proactively identify bottlenecks in the supply chain—from raw material delays to final delivery—and implement practical solutions.Qualifications● Experience: 3+ years in supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally within the cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG sectors.● Third-Party Expertise: Proven experience coordinating with external or toll manufacturers is highly preferred.● Tech-Savvy: Experience with Zoho Inventory is a major plus.● Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a rigorous approach to batch tracking, quality control, and data accuracy.● Communication: Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills to manage vendors and production partners effectively.● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.● Ability to work on-site in Giza, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
