The Ecommerce Coordinator will manage and optimize product listings across online marketplaces and brand web stores, ensuring accurate content, pricing, and inventory information. This role will monitor daily sales performance, campaign results, and traffic data, and prepare regular reports to identify growth opportunities. The coordinator will support online promotions, coordinate with marketing and sales teams on campaigns, and help maintain a consistent brand presence across digital channels. Day-to-day responsibilities also include responding to ecommerce-related customer inquiries, collaborating with logistics teams to follow up on orders, and assisting in resolving operational issues impacting the online customer experience.QualificationsA- Daily report & Weekly report1. Check the performance of the promo deals activated and ask partners to change if wrong2. Check price every morning and inform in group regarding any price dropping of MP sellers3. Check if ads are displayed as our plan(co-marketing & sponsor ads)4. Prepare and keep update on sell-out, sell-in and activations datas for convenience of the coordination with BD department regarding sales analysisB- Stock replenishment Plan 1. Align with our FDs on product bundle and all the necessary documents such as packing slips and box labelling documents, submit to BD and FD department to process the PO( both B2B and B2C)2. Following up on invoicing the POs.3. Collect the invoice and taking the delivery slot to submit to FDs.C- Co-ordiantion with Internal departments in NPL duration 1. Align with HQ team to create new listing for NPL2. update the brand store on plateform for NPL and seasonal campaign3. Assist Marketing team to promote through social media accounts the new launches3. Assist Designer to create listing images for the new launches and artworks which will be used for marketing purposes and updating the listings.D- Noon marketplace operation 1. PSI management for MP shop to avoid high DOS or lose sales oppotunity2. Product mangement:include product listing and product life circle in MP3. Coordinate with finance on the payment to FD; invoicing etc.4. Price adjustment:adjust the selling price according to market response within budget control With 1 year experience of e-commerce operation
